A disaster-ready office building complete with an advanced seismic isolation system, which was constructed as a major element of a large-scale urban redevelopment project that covers an extensive area of approx. 28,956 ㎡. The rooftop gardens on the 7th and 9th floors won the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award at the Competition for Specialized Greening Technology for Rooftops, Wall Facings and Green Spaces.
