This is a mixed-use development project near Washington Dulles International Airport. At 1.45 million m2, this 1,240-lot community is one of the largest multi-use development projects. This walkable and sustainable community was also awarded the Smart Growth Award for its superior environmentally conscious design and operations. Some existing buildings and development rights to a portion of the downtown retail area were sold to a retail developer in 2016. We are currently progressing with a 168-lot townhouse development.
