By taking advantage of the sloping landform and modeled after the satoyama environment, this project aims to create a housing complex entirely new to Singapore, incorporating a swimming pool in the form of a rice terrace and a deck over the pool which replicates a kawadoko (riverside terrace) from Kyoto. In this project, ｃondominiums for sale and low-rise townhouses are constructed on a site conveniently accessible on foot from the starting station of the new subway MRT line.
